Our sweet spot is firms with $10 billion to $100 billion in AUM — large enough to execute, nimble enough to capture the benefit of inorganic moves quickly. We also work with larger firms where a clear inorganic mandate exists.

Engagements are retainer-based and success-fee driven. The combination aligns us with our clients’ strategic objectives and gives us access to teams and firms that are not actively in the market.
